How to participate

Election of Trustees

Members are reminded that they can only participate in the Election of Trustees in advance of the AGM by submitting their ballot paper online by 23:59 on Saturday 30 November. Members will have received an email or letter from Civica Election Services with instructions on how to vote.

Election of Trustees

Attend the AGM or appoint a proxy

The AGM takes place at 6pm on Thursday 5 December at The Royal Yacht, St Helier, Jersey. To attend you must be a current Durrell member aged 16 or over and have registered to attend in advance of the meeting. If you cannot attend the AGM in person, you can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Members will have received an email or letter from Civica Election Services with instructions on how to appoint a proxy.
