Terms & Conditions - Tickets

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust and yourself. All general terms of entry also apply.

  • Online admission tickets booked at least 24 hours in advance are discounted however are only valid for the specific date which they have been booked for.
  • Online admission tickets booked for same day are not classed as advanced bookings and will not be discounted.
  • All online admission tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable and void if altered. If using the Jersey Zoo app please allow 15 minutes after booking for tickets to be visible in your app wallet.
  • Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
  • Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
  • Children aged 16 and under must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Anyone accompanying a child to the zoo is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of the child and must have either their own Admission ticket or a valid Jersey Zoo membership.
  • Group booking rate requires a minimum of 10 paid tickets to be purchased at one time. For any cardholder tickets included in the group booking, a valid form of ID is required to be presented on entry.
  • Data will be handled according to GDPR, security and ethical standards at every stage of the process in line with the DURRELL PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION POLICY.

For the purposes of ticket purchases, the following definitions are used:

Adult – Person aged 17 to 64 years inclusive.
Child – Person aged 3 to 16 years inclusive, must be accompanied by an adult.
Concession – Person aged 65 years and older (identification may be requested) OR student in full time education on production of a valid student card OR registered disabled.
Infant – A child aged 0 to 2 years inclusive.
