Terms & Conditions - Tickets

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust and yourself. All general terms of entry also apply.

• Online admission tickets booked at least 24 hours in advance are discounted however are only valid for the specific date which they have been booked for.
• Online admission tickets booked for same day are not classed as advanced bookings and will not be discounted.
• All online admission tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable and void if altered. If using the Jersey Zoo app please allow 15 minutes after booking for tickets to be visible in your app wallet.
• Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
• Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
• Children aged 16 and under must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Anyone accompanying a child to the zoo is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of the child and must have either their own Admission ticket or a valid Jersey Zoo membership.
• Group booking rate requires a minimum of 10 paid tickets to be purchased at one time. For any cardholder tickets included in the group booking, a valid form of ID is required to be presented on entry.
• Data will be handled according to GDPR, security and ethical standards at every stage of the process in line with the DURRELL PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION POLICY.

Terms & Conditions - Free Revisit Ticket:

• Only full price paid admission tickets (see below for full list) purchased for or on 1^st January – 28^th February 2025 will be eligible to receive a Free Revisit ticket. Discounted admissions tickets and all classes of member entries (see below for full list) are not included in this promotion.  Free Revisit tickets are only redeemable for a single entry during the dates stated on the ticket (inclusive).
• Free Revisit tickets are redeemable from 1^st January – 31^st March 2025. 
• A free revisit ticket will be issued against the following tickets: Adult admission, Concession admission, Child admission, Adult advance online admission, Concession advance online admission and Child advance online admission. Please note this list is not exhaustive and can be amended at any time and without notice. 
• Tickets that are excluded from the offer are: Child 0 – 2, Off peak late entry adult admission, Off peak late entry concession admission, Off peak late entry child admission, Peak late entry adult admission, Peak late entry concession admission, peak late entry child admission, Group rate adult, Group rate concession, Group rate child, Paying school adult, Paying school student, Paying school child. Education Adult (Jersey schools listed on Gov.je during school hours and in term time only), Education Pupil (Jersey schools listed on Gov.je during school hours and in term time only), Cheeky Monkeys adult, Cheeky Monkeys child, Adult member, Concession member, Child member, Life member, Senior Life member, John Lewis adult, John Lewis child, Hotel prepaid admission, existing complimentary vouchers. Please note this list is not exhaustive and can be amended at any time and without notice.   

• Please note Advance online admissions will be given the respective Free Revisit ticket on the day of arrival within the offer issue period of 1^st January – 28^th February 2025.

• Free Revisit tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Free Revisit tickets are non-transferable.
• Free Revisit tickets if lost, stolen or damaged will not be replaced and photocopies or photographs of a Free Revisit ticket will not be accepted.
• Photo ID will be required for all Adults and Concessions redeeming a Free Revisit ticket.
• Children aged 16 and under must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Anyone accompanying a child to the Zoo must have either their own Admission ticket or a valid Jersey Zoo membership.

For the purposes of ticket purchases, the following definitions are used:

Adult – Person aged 17 to 64 years inclusive.
Child – Person aged 3 to 16 years inclusive, must be accompanied by an adult.
Concession – Person aged 65 years and older (identification may be requested) OR student in full time education on production of a valid student card OR registered disabled.
Infant – A child aged 0 to 2 years inclusive.
