Interim Director of Commercial

Ian has been working for Durrell for since 2019, initially joining as Head of Retail after moving to Jersey from London. In that role, Ian oversaw the new build and phased relocation of our charity shop, the refurbishment of our admissions entrance, the new opening of our concession at Jersey Airport, and the recent introduction of the Jersey Zoo app. In December 2023, he became Interim Director of Commercial and is now also responsible for our Hospitality sites. Before joining Durrell, Ian spent 15 years in various retail management and operational roles, developing the skills and experience to lead the unique combination of commercial sites at Durrell.
