Nicole Langlois

Nicole Langlois is a practising English barrister who specialises in contentious trust and company disputes, many of which have a multi-jurisdictional aspect. Her recent and on-going cases involve jurisdictions as diverse as Jersey, Gibraltar, New York, the Isle of Man and Kenya.
Nicole graduated from Exeter University with a 2:1 in law and began her legal career as a trainee solicitor with Herbert Smith, before returning to Jersey and qualifying as a Jersey Advocate in 1998. She became a partner in the Litigation Department of Carey Olsen in 2002. In 2008, she joined XXIV Old Buildings, a leading Commercial Chancery Chambers, which specialises in Offshore work.
Nicole was born and educated in Jersey and has many happy memories of spending time with her family at Jersey Zoo. She is married with two daughters.
