Terms & Conditions: 

  • This tour takes place at Jersey Zoo, Channel Islands.  
  • Each £60 payment is for one person and does not include admission to the Zoo which must be purchased separately. 
  • By purchasing this tour you agree to abide by all applicable terms and conditions. 
  • Membership discount is not applicable for animal tours.
  • This tour lasts for 30 mins inclusive of health and safety briefing. 
  • This tour has a maximum capacity of 3 people per session. 
  • Your tour may be shared with other guests. 
  • This tour is suitable for children aged 10 and over.  
  • All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who also has a paid tour ticket and a paid admission ticket if required.   
  • Your tour may be altered with little or no notice due to weather and animal considerations. 
  • Animal handling is not permitted; proximity to the animals is at the keeper’s discretion on the day.   
  • Cancellation with fewer than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.   
  • You must wear appropriate clothing, including closed toe footwear for the tour.
  • Limited accessibility: Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access in this area and due to the behind the scenes nature of the experience medical assistance dogs are not permitted.
